"Preparing
the Shakespearean Monologue"

Monologues,
whether for auditions or soliloquies within a play,
are a special challenge to the performer. The workshop
series takes you through the process of choosing, understanding,
preparing, staging, and performing one of Shakespeare’s
amazing characters.
For the Intermediate
to Advanced Theatre Student (age 15 +) ready to
develop an excellent monologue, and understand the
elements of the audition process. Workshop concludes
with a video of your finished monologue.
